Security and payment
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which is a security protocol for the secure transmission of data over the internet (and other networks).

The SSL protocol creates an encrypted channel between sender and receiver, and the encryption ensures that no one can manipulate the information sent between the two (Message Integrity).

The SSL protocol uses digital certificates to control the sender and/or receiver of the data transfer (Server Authentication).

The payment itself is made on another server which is also PCI certified. It is a strict certification that VISA and MasterCard require of anyone who collects bank card information.

T company AS (organisation number 993 386 022) runs the business at VAT of 15% or 25% is included in all prices. There are no additional fees other than those listed in the item list when you complete your purchase.

You always have the right to cancel for 14 days in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This means that you as a customer always have an open purchase for 14 days from when you receive/pick up the package. The only condition is that the item returns to us in its original condition. The item must be returned within 14 days of you giving us information that you wish to cancel your purchase. Original packaging and any labels must be attached to the return. If you have received the wrong or defective item, we will of course cover the return costs. Opened tea bags cannot be returned.

Free shipping on all orders over NOK 268. We mainly send by Posten and Parcel in the mailbox. Try hanging this on the door if the mailbox is full or too small. We also offer other delivery methods for a shipping fee.

We try to get your package sent out as quickly as possible. It usually takes 1-2 working days for us to send out the package, if all the goods are ready in the warehouse, then Posten takes 1-4 days to deliver the package to you. In high seasons and when there is a high load, we may have a slightly longer delivery time. When your order is dispatched from us, you will receive a delivery confirmation sent to you via e-mail. If you have not received this within 4 working days, please contact us.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the address you enter is correct. You yourself cover shipping + administration fee NOK 50 if the package is returned due to an unknown address or is not picked up at the Post Office.
