Each and every pearl is carefully hand-rolled and naturally flavored with the delicate petals of jasmine flowers, and the result is a tea of ​​unsurpassed quality. This unique ritual has a history that goes back a thousand years and this is a time-consuming process that can take 2-3 months due to the limited access to the delicate flowers.. A process that is carried out with care and dedication, where each tea bead is rolled by hand, and the jasmine flowers have somehow fused with the tea leaves in a way that gives this tea its characteristic aroma and taste. When you add the hand-rolled pearls to warm water, it's like witnessing a beautiful transformation where the leaves gradually open to reveal their inner beauty.

The harvest period for our Jasmine Pearls is from April to June, when the tea leaves are at their most delicate and fresh. This is a time when the jasmine flowers are also in their most magnificent bloom, and this helps to give the tea its enchanting aroma.

When you look at the tea leaves themselves, you will notice that they are olive green and medium in size, with a spherical tightly twisted shape and pointed tips. This is a sign of the quality and care that has gone into the production of this tea. The brew in the cup will shine in a clear, light yellow to golden yellow color, which is an indication of the purity and quality of the taste.
